This policy explains what information Digitrox collects when you visit digitrox.online or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you use our booking or contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, website and the message you send. This information is delivered to contact@digitrox.online and is used only to respond to your enquiry, schedule calls and provide our services.
Where used, our site may load Google Analytics 4 (GA4), the Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (GTM). These tools use cookies or similar technologies to measure visits, understand how pages are used and measure the performance of our advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of personalized ads through your Google and Meta account settings.
We use LiteSpeed Cache to make the site load faster. It stores copies of pages and may set technical cookies needed for caching. These do not collect personal information for marketing.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as hosting, email and the analytics tools above, or when required by law.
We keep enquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond, deliver our services and meet legal or accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR (EU/UK), the CCPA (California) or PIPEDA (Canada). These include the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or limit certain uses, and to know what we collect and why. California residents may opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information; we do not sell it. To make a request, email us and we will respond within the time required by law.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
